TERMS & CONDITIONS — PRIVATE TAROT READINGS

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a private tarot reading, submitting a payment, making a deposit, or sending a voluntary donation.

By requesting a reading or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, subject to applicable law.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases of private tarot readings, deposits, and voluntary donations are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

The following policies apply:

All payments for private tarot readings are final and non-refundable.

All deposits are final and non-refundable.

All donations, tips, and voluntary contributions are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, failure to watch a delivered reading, or voluntary cancellation, except where required by law.

These policies apply before and after a reading has been recorded or delivered, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

By submitting payment through the payment link provided to you by email, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Process & Payment Instructions

All private tarot readings must be requested through the checkout process on my website. Payment is not collected directly through the website checkout.

To request a private tarot reading, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Select Your Reading

Visit the “Shop” page of my website and select the tarot reading you wish to purchase.

Carefully review the reading’s description, including all information required for that specific service.

Step 2: Select “Pay in Cash” at Checkout

When proceeding through checkout, you must select “Pay in Cash” as your payment option.

This option is used for booking requests only. It does not mean that you will be paying with physical cash.

Do not attempt to submit payment through the website checkout.

Step 3: Provide All Required Reading Information

During checkout, you must enter ALL required information for your selected reading in the designated text box.

Each reading has specific requirements listed in its individual service description on the “Shop” page.

You are responsible for reading those requirements carefully and providing complete, accurate information.

Please make sure you include everything requested before submitting your order.

Step 4: Wait for Your Payment Link

Once I receive your booking request and the information you have provided, I will review your submission.

After reviewing your request, I will email you a secure payment link to complete your purchase.

You will not be required to make a payment directly through my website checkout.

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

You must complete your payment using the payment link sent to your email address.

Submitting a booking request or selecting “Pay in Cash” does not mean your reading has been paid for or confirmed.

Step 6: Receive Your Booking & Payment Confirmation

Once I have received your payment and verified that all required reading information has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming:

Booking Confirmed

Payment Confirmed

This email serves as your official confirmation that your reading has been successfully booked and your payment has been received.

IMPORTANT: Your reading is NOT officially booked or confirmed until payment has been received, all required information has been provided, and your confirmation email has been sent.

3. Required Information & Booking Confirmation

Each tarot reading service has specific information requirements, which are outlined in the individual service description on the “Shop” page of my website.

It is your responsibility to review the service description carefully and provide all requested information in the designated text box during checkout.

Your booking request will remain pending until:

All required information has been received.

Your submitted information has been reviewed.

Your payment has been received through the emailed payment link.

A booking and payment confirmation email has been issued.

If any required information is missing or incomplete, I will contact you by email to request the outstanding details.

Your booking will remain pending until all necessary information has been submitted and payment has been successfully received.

Please note the following:

Selecting “Pay in Cash” does not confirm your booking.

Submitting your checkout request does not guarantee a confirmed reading.

Receiving a payment link does not mean your booking has been confirmed.

Payment alone does not constitute a confirmed booking if required information is missing.

Your reading will not be scheduled or prepared until all required information and payment have been received and your booking has been confirmed.

Any stated delivery timeframe begins on the date your booking is officially confirmed, unless otherwise specified.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and respond to requests for missing details in a timely manner.

Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may result in corresponding delays in the preparation and delivery of your reading.

Failure to provide the required information does not automatically entitle you to a refund of payments already made, subject to applicable law.

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information requirements outlined in the applicable service description and agree to provide all necessary details.

4. Deposits

If a deposit is specifically required or offered for a particular reading, the deposit amount and any remaining balance will be communicated to you directly by email before payment is requested.

Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price unless otherwise stated in the written payment instructions.

All deposits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

A deposit does not guarantee a confirmed booking unless all applicable booking requirements have been satisfied and you have received an official confirmation email.

Any remaining payment obligations must be completed according to the terms communicated for that specific reading.

5. Private Video Access — Seven Days

All prerecorded personal tarot readings are delivered through a designated private viewing platform.

Once your completed reading has been made available, you will receive access for seven calendar days (168 hours).

During this period, you may watch your reading for your own personal use through the designated platform.

After seven days, your access will automatically expire.

It is your responsibility to watch your reading within the allotted viewing period.

Failure to watch your reading before your access expires does not entitle you to a refund, extension, replacement reading, or downloadable copy, except where required by applicable law.

Access may be restored or extended at my discretion, but extensions are not guaranteed.

6. Strictly Private — No Sharing, Selling, or Copying

All personal tarot readings, including video recordings, audio, written interpretations, and accompanying materials, are intended exclusively for the individual who purchased the reading.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or redistributing your reading for any reason without my prior written permission.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Downloading, screen recording, or otherwise capturing the video.

Sharing your private viewing link or account credentials.

Sending your reading to another person.

Uploading or reposting your reading to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting any portion of your reading.

Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the video, audio, or written content.

Attempting to bypass the platform’s security, download restrictions, or access controls.

Purchasing a reading grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the content during your authorized access period.

It does not transfer ownership of the recording or any associated intellectual property rights.

7. Immediate Termination of Video Access

I reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to a private reading if I have reasonable grounds to believe that you are sharing, selling, copying, recording, distributing, or otherwise using the content in violation of these terms.

Access may be terminated without prior warning or notice if I reasonably suspect unauthorized copying, sharing, selling, or distribution of your reading.

Where a violation is reasonably established, access may be permanently revoked, and future booking requests may be declined.

No refund will be issued for access terminated due to a violation of these terms, except where required by applicable law.

I also reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect my original content and intellectual property.

8. Entertainment & General Guidance Disclaimer

All tarot readings are provided for entertainment and general guidance purposes only.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice.

I do not predict or guarantee specific outcomes, future events, timelines, or results.

Any interpretations, insights, or guidance provided during a reading are subjective and should not be treated as factual guarantees or instructions.

You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

I am not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of a reading or for the outcomes of those decisions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Always use your own judgment and intuition.

If you require professional assistance regarding your health, finances, legal matters, or personal safety, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Booking & Service Expectations

Each reading is prepared according to the package purchased and the information provided during the booking process.

Reading lengths are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the nature of the questions and interpretation.

Purchasing a reading does not guarantee a particular answer, message, prediction, or outcome.

Any stated delivery timeframe will begin only after your payment has been received, all required reading information has been submitted, and your booking has been officially confirmed by email.

The date you submit your booking request or receive your payment link does not determine the beginning of your reading’s delivery timeframe.

If an unforeseen issue prevents delivery, I will contact you regarding the available resolution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Donations & Voluntary Contributions

All donations, tips, and voluntary contributions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Donations are voluntary and do not constitute payment for a private reading unless expressly identified as such at the time of the transaction.

Sending a donation does not guarantee a personal reading, priority booking, additional services, or a specific tarot message.

Please ensure that you intend to make a voluntary contribution before submitting payment.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a private tarot reading, selecting “Pay in Cash” at checkout, submitting the required reading information, completing payment through an emailed payment link, making a deposit, sending a donation, or accessing your private reading, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You further acknowledge and understand that:

No payment is collected through the website checkout.

You must select

“Pay in Cash”

when submitting your booking request.

You must provide

all required information for your selected reading in the checkout text box.

You will receive a separate payment link by email after your booking request has been reviewed.

Your booking remains pending until your payment and required information have been received.

Your booking is officially confirmed only when you receive an email stating

“Booking Confirmed” and “Payment Confirmed.”

All payments are subject to the refund policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

These terms do not limit or waive any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
